Sturgis Community Garden

Sturgis has 2 community gardens: one is by the soccer fields on Blanche Street with 42, 10′ x 20′ plots to rent for $25/season, and we are introducing a raised bed garden with 20, 4′ x 8′ raised boxes available to rent for $5/season. Both sites include unlimited water, and hoses and tools are available on site. We till in the spring and end-of-season cleanup is your responsibility. We have community workdays in the spring and a few times throughout the season as needed. Contact Joyce to reserve your plot between March 1-31. Priority is given to previous gardeners.
