Bring Your Brain and Come Farm Hack With Us!
Attention all tinkerers, designers, makers, engineers, farmers, ranchers, and eaters:
We are coming together to “hack” creative solutions to human powered tools to support beginning farmers and ranchers at Dakota Rural Action’s 26th Annual Meeting & Celebration on Friday, November 1 from 11 am to 4 pm in Spearfish, South Dakota at Cycle Farm.
A Farm Hack is a collaborative workshop to facilitate a community of innovation and share solutions with producers the world over.
The event will feature a tour of Cycle Farm to see how they are using low cost, low capital, innovative solutions to operate their CSA operation, presentations by local tinkerers, and break-out groups to ideate solutions.
Open to the public so please share with your friends who like to create unique solutions to common problems.
Suggested donation of $5. Bring a potluck item to share for lunch.
