Milk Goat Field Day at Carl B’s Farm
Come learn about raising milk goats for profit and fun on Sunday, August 25. Carl B’s maintains a registered Alpine and Nigerian Dwarf goat herd in Salem, SD. The goats are raised for their wonderful milk production and also sold for breeding stock. The milk is also used in a line of handcrafted body products called Carl B’s Naturals.
The Field Day will include a tour of Carl B’s farm, a milking demonstration, information about care and breeding of dairy goats, and more.
