Over the past summer, Dakota Rural Action staff and members have been working to better understand the conditions placed upon the Keystone XL, or KXL, pipeline by the South Dakota Public Utilities Commission (PUC). This guide was developed to give you all of the conditions passed by the PUC in one document and give you some additional insight into how these conditions will impact you, the landowner.
