Svec Farm grassfed, grass-finished beef and lamb is available through our website by the share (whole, half, quarter, or eighth) or by the individual cut. Order online and pick up on the farm near Estelline, in Brookings, in Watertown, or in Sioux Falls. Meat is also available to purchase through local markets and specialty grocery stores in Brookings and Sioux Falls.
Two generations of the Svec family work together to raise beef and lamb that finish beautifully on grass, resulting in tender, juicy meat. They are rotationally grazed on pasture during the growing season, and are given hay and access to shelter during the winter. They are never fed corn, soy, or other grains. Our meat is completely free of GMOs, antibiotics, and added hormones. It is processed by a USDA locker and sold frozen.
