Join us at our very first RCPA member and supporter launch event the evening of January 31 to gather, eat, and learn more about us and the stories of our neighbors, friends, and fellow community members. We are a group of Rapid City and metro area residents coming together as a community to make the changes we want to see.

WHO WE ARE: RCPA is regular people coming together with the belief that we can make change in our community toward a future with more security, dignity, agency and care for all. We uplift the voices of our working class and underrepresented to become leaders, take action and organize for a better Rapid City.

OUR APPROACH: We bring people together through stories of common struggles and build bridges through our shared values because we know the people closest to the problems we face are the closest to the solutions. RCPA is an organization for and by the people that equips members with the power to create policy change that shapes our local reality.
