SoDak Grown Dinner to Celebrate Local Food, Local Independant Farmers, & Artisans In The Kitchen.Experience the craft, creativity & local foods of our region.Friday Nov. 18thJoin us as we celebrate the SD Local Foods Conference with a collaborative experience with some of our area’s most celebrated and upcoming chefs. Jordan Taylor, Matte Wilson and Franky Young are coming together to create a one of a kind experience focusing on the quality of local, while showing us their artistic language through food. The Friday evening meal will highlight the chefs individual talents as well as their collaborations. Dinner will feature locally raised pork, as well as seasonal vegetables from local growers. The diner will include a presentation showcasing the incredible cuisine from Chef Jordan Taylor of En Place Catering and Bread & Circus in Sioux Falls & Indigenous and Lakota cooking techniques by Matte Wilson and Franky Young from Sicangu Co. Food Sovereignty Initiative. Tickets can be purchased for those only able to attend the SoDak Grown Dinner for $75 or in addition to the SD Local Foods Conference. Dinner starts at 6:30pm.
