RoseBud Beef Ranch

Rosebud Beef Ranch, a small family-owned ranch in south central South Dakota, offers tender, healthy grass-fed beef in split halves, halves, and wholes. Our management program starts by selecting Lowline cattle that are genetically capable of producing tender, tasty beef on grass. All of our grass-fed animals are raised strictly on our native and tame grass pastures and because of our cold winters, they are supplemented with our green alfalfa hay.
